The Haryana Police Housing Corporation (HPHC), since its inception in 1989, has remained steadfast in its mission to provide quality residential and non-residential infrastructure for the Police and allied departments. Over the years, the corporation has embraced innovation, modern technology, and eco-friendly construction practices to deliver projects that are both sustainable and efficient, while meeting the operational needs of the Haryana Police.

From e-tendering and e-payments to real-time project monitoring and digitization of land and building records, our processes today embody transparency, accountability, and speed. At the same time, our commitment to green construction has earned us prestigious recognitions, including HUDCO's Best Practice Award for Environment-Friendly Buildings and ratings from the Indian Green Building Council.

What began as an effort to improve housing satisfaction levels, which stood at only 6% in 1989, has today reached 28%. Our dedicated staff continues to work relentlessly with the goal of achieving 40% in the near future. Their unwavering commitment, technical expertise, and passion for excellence form the backbone of every accomplishment of HPHC.
