In HPHC, we enter into contracts and monitor the same on behalf of the clients, following the due procedures of the PWD department. From the current year, we are venturing into repairs of various buildings of the police department and horticultural development of police land. We are also involved in construction activities for the jail department and undertake construction of their houses/flats and jail buildings. We also take deposit works of various Government Departments. Haryana police Housing Corporation Ltd. (HPHC) was established on 29.12.1989 under Company’s Act, 1956. It is a State Government undertaking with 100% share holding subscribed by the State Government, Haryana. The main objective of Haryana Police Housing Corporation is to undertake the construction as well as maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings for Police and Jail Departments.
