Welcome to HPHC

Haryana police Housing Corporation Ltd. (HPHC) was established on 29.12.1989 under Company’s Act, 1956. It is a State Government undertaking with 100% share holding subscribed by the State Government, Haryana. The main objective of Haryana Police Housing Corporation is to undertake the construction as well as maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings for Police and Jail Departments. We also undertake the deposit works of other Departments in the State of Haryana. Our endeavour is to provide excellence and completion of projects in time for transparency. We have started e-Tendering, e-Payments and regular monitoring of Projects through regular visits and inspection of projects at sites. Corporation has also undertaken the computerization of record of lands and buildings of all units of Police Department. We are committed to provide better work places for police men, comfortable housing for the families of the police men and provide good and affordable school education to the wards of the police personal so that officers and staff of Haryana Police can serve the general public at large.

Objective

• To undertake construction of residential, non-residential and all others type of buildings required for Haryana Police, Jails, Home Guards and for other Government Departments/Corporations/Boards etc. in the state of Haryana.
• To engage people in the business of builders, contractors, engineers, architects, surveyors, estimators and designers in respect of all types of police buildings, office accommodations, residential buildings, administrative offices etc. including maintenance thereof.
• To undertake all kinds of constructions & allied works as well as welfare activities required for the Haryana Police and entrusted others department by the Government from time to time.
• To carry out the above works departmentally or through approved contractors or both.

The Haryana Police Housing Corporation, established in 1989 as a small technical group for undertaking police building work, has over the years gained enormous experiences and expertise, is going to be regarded as a World Class Organization in regard to its technical competency, quality of work, financial transparency and customer oriented service.
